Crème de la cream

There's nothing like fresh cream to add a touch of luxury to the tea table. Today we photographed our scrummy selection of fresh cream tea time treats. The Eton Mess stack was particularly popular, delightfully crisp meringue layered with raspberry cream and topped with a trio of fresh raspberries. They all disappeared pretty quickly at the end of the day. I really love the Dark Chocolate Puffs and I'm thinking of experimenting with different flavoured chocolate for these over the coming months, so moreish!
