We're Back!

Now that most of the COVID-19 restrictions have lifted, I have decided to re-instate my fully hosted Afternoon Tea parties at your home or a venue of your choice. So whatever you're celebrating, why not let me take all the stress out of catering for your event.

How does it work?

I will arrive an hour before your guests to set up and lay the table with your choice from my beautiful range of fine bone china patterns along with cutlery and napkins. Many of my clients choose to offer their guests a glass of bubbly on arrival before sitting down to tea. I will then serve your guests a selection of sandwiches to start, together with their choice of tea in their own individual teapot. Then the cakes, scones, jam and clotted cream are served on gorgeous 3 tier china cake stands along with tea pot top ups. Once everyone has finished their afternoon tea, which usually takes around 2 hours, I will clear the table away leaving you and your guests to relax and chatter.

What is the minimum number of guests for a catered tea party?

I require a minimum of 8 guests for a fully hosted tea party. The maximum number I can serve seated at table on my own is 24 but if your party is bigger than 24 there will be an additional charge to cover extra staff members. Alternatively for much larger parties, you can have a buffet style afternoon tea. Do you cater for vegetarians, food allergies and intolerances?

I try to cater for all dietary requirements. Most of my cakes, pastries and sandwiches can be made gluten and/or dairy free and I also offer vegetarian options for sandwich fillings. I'm currently working on a range of yummy treats for vegans and I hope to have a Vegan Menu Option available soon.
